All our orders are packaged in recycled paper mailing bags which can be reused by the customer - please do re-use them! We don't use any plastic and are working towards finding the most environmentally-friendly shipping options.

Please contact info@forivor.com if you are based in Abergavenny or nearby and would like to organise collection. Postage will be refunded on collection.
UK Shipping
£5.00 or FREE shipping on orders £150 and over. We use Royal Mail or UPS to post within the UK. Our standard shipping is second class signed for to keep costs down but offer a courier option if you need your item more quickly.
Shipping to Europe
Delivery costs between £14 - £22 and is calculated at checkout, based on total weight. We use Royal Mail or an international shipping courier for shipping to Europe with tracking as standard for peace of mind. Shipment times vary due to the variety of EU destinations we ship to and our shipments are now with DDU customs and duty charges unpaid. Please read our EU shipping update for more information. We are currently experiencing some delays due to Covid and Brexit so your order may take longer than usual to get to you.

International Shipping
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £16. We use Royal Mail or an international shipping courier for shipping to international customers with tracking as standard for peace of mind. Shipment times vary due to the variety of international destinations we ship too. International shipments are sent DDU Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of the UK. We are currently experiencing some delays due to Brexit and covid so your order may take a little longer than usual to get to you. Please contact us if you require more detailed information on a specific country.
Returns
As long as your item has not been used we happily accept returns although the postage costs for returns are payable by the customer unless the item is faulty. Please send the item(s) back in the original packaging within 14 days. The exception to this is items from our Perfectly Imperfect Sales which are non-refundable purchases. We take the utmost care to ensure that our products are made to last and be enjoyed. 5% shrinkage is naturally likely to occur with washing and some colour fading over time. To protect your Forivor purchase and the environment, we recommend washing items at 30 degrees and hang to dry.
Please note we can not take any liability for any delivery instructions issues to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions for a parcel to be left at a porch or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility if you do not receive your parcel.
