FREE Standard UK delivery when you spend over £75

We aim to deliver your item within 3-5 working days. Postage cost is dependant on weight and will be shown at checkout. We use Royal Mail to post within the UK. Our standard shipping is second class signed for to keep costs down.

For orders placed before 11am, your item will arrive the next working day.

International shipping is FREE for orders of the following values:

USA - $175 
Europe - €150
Canada - $350
AUS - $400

Delivery charges are based on the total weight and are calculated and shown at checkout. All taxes and duties are INCLUDED in the price paid at checkout with no additional charges due prior to delivery. We use an international shipping courier with tracking as standard for peace of mind; you will receive tracking information in your order confirmation email. Delivery times vary due to the variety of destinations that we ship to. Please contact us via info@forivor.com if you require more detailed shipping information for a specific country

As long as your item has not been used, we happily accept returns. Please send an email to info@forivor.com to request a returns slip. Item(s) should be sent back in the original packaging within 30 days.

We cannot accept returns on our made to order items including personalised prints and textiles, or wallpaper.

Customers residing outside of the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order.

Parcels sent from outside of the UK need to travel with a customs declaration form. Please ensure that the parcel is declared as returns of goods to avoid incorrect tax/duties being applied to the parcel. Failure to do so may result in charges which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Please note: We can’t be held responsible for overseas items that fail to reach their destination or are damaged in transit; therefore overseas customers may wish to send their parcel via a registered trackable service.

We cannot accept international returns of our Fine Art Prints, or of our made to order items including personalised prints, personalised textiles and wallpaper.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact info@forivor.com as soon as possible. If the team have not dispatched the order we will endeavour to make the requested changes.

If your order has already been dispatched then we will be unable to cancel or make any amendments and we request that you follow the return instructions (please see above).
