As some of you may already know, we introduced our Perfectly Imperfect sales as a way to reduce waste from products that don't meet our high standards of quality control. Unfortunately mistakes are a part of the production process but we never want to see all that hard work by people and the planet's precious resources go to waste.
Flaws with our bedding can include the following: pen marks and other marks from printing and production, minimal sewing mistakes such as untidy stitching and loose threads. Nightwear may have loose buttons that need sewing back on.
We won't sell you an item where we feel the design or overall construction has been significantly compromised.
A lot of time, energy and care has gone into making of all these items (despite the small mistakes or marks) and we love to make sure they find a home.
