Digital Marketing and a growing role within Forivor

We are a small but growing company and are looking for someone who can take pride in ensuring the core part of their role fulfilling orders is completed to a high standard whilst potentially learning new skills in digital marketing and social media alongside Rebecca and Alice, Forivor’s founders. We would also consider this element of the position being done as a stand alone remote role for the right candidate.

This could include some of the below but also not be limited to:
    •    Helping build Forivor’s newsletter and digital marketing presence through creating and maintaining newsletter engagement using Klaviyo. Prior experience would be a bonus but we would be very happy to invest in training for this as a new skill for the right person.
    •    Managing paid social ads - again any prior experience in this would be a bonus but if not we are happy to invest in this as a new skill for the right person.
    •    Supporting Rebecca and Alice to maintain a consistent social media and online presence through helping us research and plan content for facebook, instagram, pinterest, tik tok, youtube, newsletters and blog posts.
    •    Proofreading Forivor content where necessary for website, books etc.
    •    Ad Hoc support on a range of activities when they arise such as planning and preparation of photoshoots, pop-up shops and trade shows. Some travel may be required at times.
    •    Supporting directors with organising digital assets such as photographs and film to reduce digital carbon footprint.
    •    Helping to organise the back-end of the website with updates to product details and refreshing pages when necessary.

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary is £13-14 per hour (£27,000 - £29,000 FTE) depending on the candidate's experience.
The position will begin at 9 hours per week (primarily for the mailroom role) which
will be split across Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings to ensure timely shipping of orders. There are periods of time where we have more orders to pack and so some flexibile availability would be ideal. For the right candidate we would consider adding an additional 2 hours per day for the Digital Marketing assistant element of this role (making this a 15 hour per week position in total for both elements of the role).

Holiday entitlement is 28 days pro rata days per year plus bank holidays based on 9 hours a week. Forivor office closes between Christmas and New Year and is given in addition to pro rata holiday entitlement. One additional day’s holiday will be given for every year of service.
